What to Wear:
Arrival Time and Preparation:
Riders are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes
before their scheduled riding time.
The instructors will start teaching promptly at the
scheduled lesson time. If the class gets started late due to a delay on the
instructor’s part, the instructor will make sure the riders still get a full
hour lesson. However, if a rider arrives late, the class will not be delayed to
wait for the rider nor will the late rider have the opportunity to make u p
missed riding time. Therefore, it is recommended that riders give themselves
plenty of time to arrive and prepare their horses to ride on time.
Cancellation Policy:
Possible Loss of Spot in Class:
If you have asked us to hold a weekly spot for you
but you are canceling frequently, resulting in your riding less than 70% of the
time, please understand that the stable needs to offer your spot to someone who
may be able to enjoy the class more often.
If you have two cancellations without 24-hour notice
you will be asked to pay for the missed lessons before you will be put back on
the riding schedule. At the time you pay for the lessons, if there is still room
in that class, you can rejoin the class. If not, you may need to join a
different class.
Inclement Weather:
Because we have an indoor arena, lessons will go
year round.
Cancellation of a lesson due to temperature is at
the discretion of the instructor.
